Girl Scout Facility
The center is located on the Searcy S. Koen Regional Girl Scout Campus in Sarasota and is easily accessible from I-75. It is situated on a 12-acre wooded parcel with 6.5 acres of natural wetlands that provide a tranquil setting for learning and activities. Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Inc. received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council for its two buildings on the Searcy S. Koen Regional Girl Scout Campus in Sarasota. Cavoli Engineering, Inc. was responsible for site layout, storm water management, utility design, and elevated boardwalks through the wetland area. Our firm permitted the project through Sarasota County, Southwest Florida Water Management, and FDEP district.

First Presbyterian Church
Project included an addition to the existing structure with parking lot and underground storm water management vaults. Incorporation of drainage features into adjacent inadequate street drainage involved innovative design elements. Site design incorporated difficult existing drainage conditions.
